This is such an easy, yet elegant, Spring centerpiece.
To assemble place large sized carrots along the outer edge of a glass vase. Fill interior with flowers of your choice. I used a mix of white daisies, stock and roses. I finished it off by tying lace ribbon around the outside of the vase.
