Everyone loves unique napkin rings so why not make them this year? People will be so surprised as you hone your Martha Stewart skills. Below are the instructions for this fun, easy, elegant DIY,
Supplies needed:
- Hot glue gun and glue sticks
- Silver plastic napkin rings
- Small ornament, floral element, snowflake, small photo frame ornament*, etc for the top of the ring.
- *Chalkboard paint
- * Small paintbrush
Instructions:
- Place a dollop of hot glue on back of the item you will glue onto the ring.
- Hold in place for 1-2 minutes.
- Let dry. Enjoy!
*Notes:
If you are using photo frame ornaments there are a few additional steps.
- Using pliers, gently remove the hook used to hang the ornament.
- Remove the glass. Paint the glass with chalkboard paint. Allow to dry completely. (I do 2-3 coats.)
- Replace glass in frame with chalkboard paint side facing out.
- Glue frame to napkin ring.
